Supporting a non-profit is crucial for the survival of the organization and not all organizations are assisted in the same way. TOP gets 100% of revenue from donations and grant funding and 99% of the Monterey Bay Fund that is raised goes right back into the community to build renewable energy projects. We rely on a staff of 1 full-time and 2 part-time employees and 121+ volunteers, totaling over 1,000 hours! There is very little overhead.
